    Yoga can provide support for pregnant women through movement, focused breathing and meditation.At a time of great physical and emotional change, yoga is a powerful tool that enables both mindfulness and deep relaxation.These classes consist of one and a half hours of yoga followed by half an hour when refreshments are served. This is an opportunity to share your experience of pregnancy with other women and form a supportive network of new mothers.Please bring a mat, blanket and a couple of cushions. You may also
    wish to bring a bottle of water to sip during the class. Wear any
    clothing in which you can sit comfortably and move freely.
    It is not advisable to eat a heavy meal just before yoga but it is also
    important to eat something before class. Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy until birth.  No previous experience required.
