Tending the Garden of our own Mind

with Swami Krishnapremananda

(Mandala Yoga Ashram, Wales)

Friday 31st March 6-9pm - £20

This evening workshop will explore practical attitudes and teachings which we can use to enhance the quality of our mind space. We recognise the value of spending time and energy looking after a garden, creating a space that is pleasing to the eye and soothing for the heart. Our own mind space can also be a garden on which we spend time and energy refining, or it can be a wild jungle left to its own devices. The choice between the two has the power to determine the direction of our life, and our capacity to deal with the inevitable ups and downs of manifest existence. Life is as life is, yet it is up to us as to whether we live primarily in stress and anxiety, or with trust, positivity and inner courage. The choice is simple, and we have the chance afresh in each day that we live.

The workshop will include chanting, discussion, contemplation of yogic teachings, and short meditations.

Booking is essential as space is limited. Your place is secured with full payment.
